Position:Pet IVD Sales Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose

1、To plan, organize and direct

overall sales program on deepening the business in designated division to

achieve sales target and profits in consistent with company objectives.

1、规划、组织和指导整体销售计划,深化指定部门的业务,实现与公司目标一致的销售目标和利润。

2、To Implement operational

processes and disciplines that ensures the execution of all Critical Business

Objectives to achieve company’s key metrics of performance.

实施运营流程和纪律,确保执行所有关键业务目标,实现公司的关键绩效指标。

3、Support 事业长 to create a future growth

plan.

3、支持事业长制定未来发展计划。


Principal

Accountabilities

I、Plan, organize and direct

overall sales program to achieve sales target and profits in consistent with

company objectives.

规划、组织和指导整体销售计划,以实现与公司目标一致的销售目标和利润。

1.Review the current market situation, Company resources, Competitor’s analysis.

回顾当前市场形势、公司资源、竞争对手分析。

2.Set the target to each distributor to achieve the sales target.

为每个经销商设定目标,以实现销售目标。


II、To organize sales channel

network to cover, develop and support distributor to sell out:

组织销售渠道网络覆盖,开发并支持经销商销售出去:

1.To achieve the sales target, organize the distributor channel.

为实现销售目标,组织经销商渠道。


III、Take effective price and overall control to maximize the revenue and minimize the cost.

采取有效的价格和整体控制,实现收入最大化和成本最小化:

1.Create the price strategy.

制定价格策略。

2.Lead the subordinates to execute the price strategy.

领导下属执行价格策略。


IV、Be responsible for group business planning, execution, review, forecast and reporting.

负责集团业务规划、执行、审查、预测和报告。

1.Analyze, forecast, and formulate countermeasures against market situation.

针对市场情况进行分析、预测并制定对策。

2.Collect and summarize relevant sales data according to relevant work reports, make a

good analysis and summary of the confirmation work.

根据相关工作报告,收集汇总相关销售数据,做好分析总结确认工作。


V、Motivate the whole group to go for all set targets.

激励全组去实现所有既定目标。

1.Training, work assignment and business guidance for subordinate staff.

对下属员工进行培训、工作分配和业务指导。

2.Execution of the target assessment of subordinates set by the company and regular communicat

执行公司制定的对下属的目标考核,并定期与下属沟通。


Education

Bachelor’s degree or above, medical, and laboratory-related professional background is preferred.

本科或以上学历,有医学和实验室相关专业背景者优先。


Years of Related Experience

“Want”:More than 3 years of sales management experience in the medical industry.

Priority will be given to those with work experience in the same industry.

希望经历:3 年以上医疗行业销售管理经验。有同行业工作经验者优先考虑。


Other Special Competencies

Language requirements: English or Japanese (business communication level)

Proficient in operating office software
