Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

•Support sale of product by providing technical product and application expertise

•Responsible for supporting the sales process with technical expertise and is pulled in by sales teams for this purpose

•Responsible for complex/technical face-2-face demos

•Support at exhibitions

•Training of customers, sales and authorized dealers

•Understanding competitor and market trends, providing VOC internal & external and feeding back to management team

•Lead generate and hand off to salesperson

 

Qualifications & Skills:

•Master degree, preferred from life science related majors

•With 1-2 years working experience in similar product application function (Cell and gene therapy area)

•Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, analytical skills

•Highly committed and accountable, self-motivated, integrity, and with wining spirit

•Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in English and Chinese

•Willing to travel frequently
