主要职责:

The position will be responsible for Bio-production sales growth in the market of bio-pharmaceuticals and cell gene therapy. S/He will ensure fulfillment of geographic and divisional objectives such as sales quota, product positioning etc.

·Develops, implements, and manages strategies and tactics for the achievement of regional annual revenue targets.

·Work closely with supporting functions including Technical team, Marketing and Customer Service team to define local priority and develop new business for long term growth.

·Organize resources to beat the budget, including target markets priorities, products, price strategy, smooth procedures.

·Provides Sales and Marketing management with insight and feedback gained through distributor and end-user interaction to maximize efforts and efficiencies and decision-making.

任职资格:

 ·Minimum of BA/ BS in Life Science/ medicine related Field or Business Degree, advanced degree preferred.

·5-10 years' experience in field sales or field application work in biopharmaceutical industry or related industry
